I received a free sample today (21.3.13) of PureBerryMax after waiting for 1 month. I was also charged airfreight of $7.95 as well. I wanted to try this first and then if I was happy with the product, purchase a bottle. So I cancelled this, in order for you not to go ahead and send me another bottle until I had tried this one first. You have deducted $91.89 from my account which I think is fraudulent. Your charge took effect as soon as I cancelled your order. Also you are giving people a fraudulent email address. Your advertisement said you would send a free sample. I am requesting a refund of this money that you deducted from my account otherwise I will go straight to my bank and report this matter. Details are below so refund is immediate transfer back to my account.
