I signed up for a free trial of pureberry max via the website and was advised I only had to pay for shipping $10.05 which I agreed to, I received the product and am still trialing as have only had for 1 week now, then on the 29th of March I found a charge on my credit card for pureberry ax for $83.92. I emailed [email protected] a complaint and got an automated reply stating visit http://MyEasyCancel.com/PureberryMax, it said this site will guide me through three easy steps to cancel or return my product, but nothing about getting a refund. I went through the steps and cancelled the product, they gave me a phone I called as well but there was no answer. I never gave authority for a membership or any charges in addition to the initial postage for the trial, I want a refund. How can they charge your credit card without your authorisation? How can they make you a member off a free trial without telling you! SCM big time!!!
