The strip of plast which holds the glass in the door of my oven has broken. IKEA keep passing me on to one of their repair agents. After about a month I have finally received a text message saying "can't source it". IKEA don't want to know. The oven is only about 14mths old. Next step? - Small Claims Court I think.
