Billy bookcase door - Customer Service

I bought a billy bookcase with seperate doors item numbers (30183507,80180101) on 29 Dec DO number: PDT7220354 (Singapore Ikea Tampines). Both items including others were arranged to be delivered and installed on 6 Jan. Here is the diaster:

One of the door came damaged when opened up by Ikea guys. It was packed and rejected smae day. 2 days later, Ikea Tampines staff called and told me the item was out of stock and would be able to replace within 2 weeks. 2 weeks past, no one called or feedback. I pick up the phone and called Ikea Tampines, everyone was nice answering to my problem. Time and time there was arrangement to replace the damaged bookcase door but it came damaged again or the schedule of delivery came was not as per confirmed by Ikea Tampines staff. The delivery people are not direct Ikea staff and does not follow confirmed scheduled comitted by IKEA!!!

Until today how many days have past and I there is still no reply from anyone from IKEA!!! I picked up the phone again today and chase for my missing bookcase door!!!

I cant say anything more that is absolutely the poorest service quality I have come across in IKEA everywhere around the world!!!

Please evaluate your staffs service - it should be in action than just lip service and I hope my bookcase door would be delivered to me ASAP!!!
