The absolute worst customer service! Buying and installing new flooring is stressful enough. Find another company who is competent and friendly. Managers never returned my phone calls, numerous issues and concerns with installation and product, also I was stood up for my install and a repair 4 times. I had to go up two chains of managers and the service was still awful. Additionally, I saw my sales guy after my install and told him about my experience and suggested he provide his sales customers with the truth about their service. He said there was no way he would do such a thing. Really? I hope someday the managers, owners and employees of Express Flooring endure the same poor service as they provide their customers, especially when it comes to such a big, important purchase.
