Blaring on my television day in and day out "Express flooring is the best call 800 express". So I did and I have never been sorrier.
Jason (salesman) came out to give me an estimate on a small area of flooring. He promised that the quality of their product would meet or exceed my current laminate flooring. He never showed me any samples. He said samples weren't necessary since he took a piece of my flooring and stated that this is what their company would provide upon installation.
The installers were late and unprepared. They sent me to Home Depot to get supplies that they did not have.
They put flooring down where I specifically told them not to.
Within a week the borders were chipping and lifting. A small water spill caused the laminate to peel up like cardboard. It literally flapped in the wind!
I called the company and had to speak to so many people until I got to a manager. He told me he would make me a deal and replace the flooring for an additional 600.00 on top of the 2,000.00 I had already paid.
No thank you.
I reported them to the BBB but that proved to be fruitless. I am now going to the board of contractors and contacting stations that air their advertisement.
I cannot understand with the volume of complaints against this company how they get stay in business.
