Bad business update

I contacted the BBB, and here is the reply they received from Larry Kruse.

They refuse to budge. Stated that it is OUR fault, not theirs that they SCREWED us in the office that day..."telling us what we wanted to hear".

So, attorney general, news channels, newspapers, internet coverage, word of mouth, whatever it takes, I will INFORM the consumer of the 'shady' deals Bob Rohrman has to OFFER! BUYER BEWARE... To prevent 'misrepresentation' to you, the consumer. STAY clear of this dealer. I can see why these salesmen LIE now. They make approx $2300 on the sale, get their car payment made for them, plus... BONUS if they make Ole Bob enough money for the year. Did I forget to mention, they deal with these loan companies that move numbers around to make you see 'positive' figures? Tape record any transactions when and if dealing with this company. Best bet is to AVOID them at all cost!
