I purchased a trial offer of vitamins I was only suppose to be charged 2.95 for s&h, after about 2 weeks of ordering I was charged $148.95, I immediately located a phone # I called the company told them the situation etc I was instructed to return the product for a full refund I was given 2 # to confirm receipt of this transaction a CCBA # and a RMA #? I returned the merchandise 8/30, they were received by the company 9/3, I was told that a refund is issued within 24 of receipt, I have not received a refund as of today I've called several tines I'm told refund has been issued its up to my bank it should take 3-7 business days I've exceeded all of that, just want my money back, I never even opened the merchandise, please help
