Bought merchandise from Schillaci retail store - returned via USPS. My credit card company issued refund, but Schillaci mailed the glasses back. I returned the package marked "return to sender" but they later rescinded the refund. They did not return the merchandise so I have been left with the charge but no merchandise. I've sent numerous letters of complaint and explained the situation and received no response whatsoever.
