Monday3/25/13-I return my merchandise and 3 person are processing my refund or put it back to my credit card

Ut still can't do it. I waited for 2 hrs. And then Cynthia (best buy-return & refund) told me she
will work on it and email me the receipt for refund. But now 2 days Already I don't received
the confirmation of my receipt for refund. Today I call best buy still no action about it. I need my refund to return it to my credit card. I spend $1725.00.
