My interm report was due august 21. I faxed it and they claim they never got it. I went to the library the same day I recieved the letter stateing they did not get it that was on Aug 7. I went down to confirm that they got it and they did. When I asked the man did she recieve it and would anything hold up my stamps he replied im fine ill have then sep 7th. It is nowthe 13th. I called on Sep 6 they said I would not get stamps due to Iterm report. The messenger was very rude and said give worker 72 HRS to respond stil haven't got one responce. Called again on 12th left message with supervisor. No call back from them either. Called today they said give supervisor until tuesday. Really does it take this long for someone to do there job. How can they keep tellin me wait for three days it has now been 7 days no call back no progress. This is so unprofeesional its ridicolious! Can someone make these folks just do there job. Maybe they should wait 7 days on there paycheck scince there not doing there job. How long do I put up with this if they got the interm report on Aug 7 why does it take 5weeks and stil nothing? There has to be someone out here that gets paid to make them do something so please do so. This is unfair and should be addressed immediately.
