I am very upset. You see, my family recieves welfare because we cannot make ends meet at the end of the month. My social worker Stephanie Csanadi sent me papers that had to be returned with proof of our paychecks. I sent everything to her by the date sh wanted and we did no get our food stamps when it was supposed to be there. I called and called and finaly she answered. I gave her my information and she told me everything was ok and i would get my stamps in a couple of days. Weeks go by and we recieve nothing! I called and called and left many messages for my social worker but she does not answer and she does not return my messages. My children are hungry and we are hungry and we donot know what to do. Finally I am able to talk to a woman Mrs Malanie and she is very nice and she is able to help up get our food stamps so my children can eat. Why does this csanadi make us wait and wait? We are not proud to be on welfare but we need it to survive. Why can't my worker give me the help we need to get by? I sent a letter to the govenor's office telling him what happened to us with the the hope that this doesn't happen again. I do not want to get any person in trouble but I want to know what I need to do inthe future so that my family is not put though this hell again. Thank you.
