Is the dirty ripoff business from hell

First Capitol Consumers contacted me about 7 months ago I paid the amount of $219.00 to the company and they said my credit would arrive to me in about 14 business days but the 14 business days have passed over and over again I contacted the company concerning this matter and when I called the people was laughing and playing on the phone and when i aksed the female that I was speaking too is this aplace of business are what she replied yes and put me on hold for a supervisor and then the phone was hung-up by her. I then called back and she answered after the phone rung several times and then she answered the phone she asked could she have my name, telephonenumber, and my pin number they gave me so I provided the information to her but noone still called back. I called each day letting them know on the answering machine I was going to contact my lawyer so sometime in May they called back but they was trying to get more money out of me I said i already paid your company $219.00 it was drafted from my checking account already and I been waiting on my card for months but I never recieved it so the man replied i will have my supervisor to contact you back so I continued to call leaving messages so finally a supervisor called and talked will me and told me that my card will be in the mail soon and it stil haven't came to this day. So i called and asked for refund and they say it will be shipped out to me and still the card still haven't came. So if you'll get a call on the phone concerning credit cards hang it up cause it's a DAM RIP OFF. LaTonyaWAHIAWA, Hawaii
