Submitted the necessary identifying information regarding a laptop battery and charger I needed. They sent the battery and charger last November. I ended up only needing the charger and they would not accept the unused battery. SO I kept it. This fall my stepdaughter goes to college and takes the laptop I re-purposed and complained she needed a battery... Ha ha I have a battery so took the battery to her and it doesn't fit. I called today 9/11 to get the correct one since they sent the wrong one and they said sorry. They refused to help.
