This business advertises a $1.00 car history (something like carfax). What they do is begin charging you $9.95 per month, as if you've ordered a volume plan allowing you to get multiple car reports, even when I just ordered a single one.
They charged my card on 6/14 and charged it again on 7/15.
I emailed and they said they would resolve the problem of money owed me and stop the $9.95 charges. They claimed I'd ordered the $9.95 per month ongoing plan when I had not. They did stop adding charges after the second one, but to date have not refunded the $18.90 owed me.
The phone listed on the mastercard bill is 8554826465.
Reading other complaints on your site, they appear to be doing exactly the same fraudulent thing to others.
