Verizon Wireless bills its customers charges that do not match. They will always find a lazy excuse and then correct those charges. However, if you are a busy person and you don't get to check every single line on your bill you might be overpaying your bill, whithout even knowing. Charging each customers a dollar here and there, and for some a hundered dollars her and there and even more for others.
So I have been going to the Verizon every single month to correct my bill because of fraudulent charges. I am sure that other Verizon customers are experiencing the same thing.
How do you stop a company from over-charging and making their profits from fraudulent billing?
