I was issued a prepaid card in Tallahassee fl where I donate plasma. I misplaced that cards in July. I called Citibank prepaid card services for a replacement card. After the 7-10 business days I did not get the card so I returned a call to them. I had failed to give them my apartment #. This was discovered on august 17th. I corrected the mistake and was mailed a new card on august 22nd. As of this writing I have not received the card. I called them today they have no ideal what happen to the card. Told another being mailed must wait 7-10 days. I need my card. They should help consumer. They wanted me to pay $20.00 for expedited services. I do not think this was fair since they can not tell me what happen to the last card. I asked about certified mail or they paying for new one to help me out. They don't help just stick to script that we can mail another. A bank of this size should be able to help their consumers in this situation. Spoke with a supervisor and she stuck to same script.
