My daughter was given a Visa prepaid card for $50.00 for her birthday in Nov. We tried to use the card but it didn't go through, the card was decline for insufficient fund. I contact the 18775290695 to log my complaint in December. They took my information and told me they were going to investigate and get back to me. I received a letter that stated that they have completed the investigation and that they will send me a new $50 replacement card to me. I have been contacting them since January 16th to get my replacement card but in no vain. The first time I had called, I was told that it will take 8 weeks, I called them back after 3 months they told me to wait another 3 weeks that they will order for it. Since then, I had called on 5/12, spoke to Natasha at 10.30 am Pacific Time who is very rude, called again on 5/28 at 11.30 am spoke to Latasha who is extremely rude also. Called again spoke to Jasmine who told me the card will take another 8 business day. Then I called again on 6/6 at 11.20 a. M Pacific Time, spoke to Veronica who told me that she spoke to the supervisor and that the card will be mailed to me in 3 business day.
Here I am on 6/30 and I still haven't receive any replacement card.
All I want is my replacement card.
