I recently ordered 2 pairs of shoes because of the deal buy one get one half off. Upon ordering I forgot to change one of the shoe sizes from normal to wide. When I noticed this problem, I sent out an email asking them to please change the normal one to a wide. I got a message back later saying that "it's too late to change it, your order has already shipped". The product didn't ship for another 2 days and I had to end up returning a product and paying the shipping cost of 13$ (half the amount) of what I was going to be getting back for the product. They refused to pay the shipping cost saying it was against policy. However, I believe they should have paid it for such insignificant customer service and lying to me.
