Hi
i called a number which i found on google, supposed to be toshiba.
They ran the scan on my computer and found viruses, and asked $199 to fix it,
they said they will put a triple fire wall on my network. And block the ip adress,
i am not that tech savy, so i agreed to pay the amount.
But as soon as the level 5 techniciaan left my pc it crashed. I took my pc to best buy, they explained to me that their is no term called as triple firwall.
I called up microsoft and they too denied it
i called the itech ppl and they had no answer.

i called up my bank and retrieved my charge on my credit card

I have my friend in usa embassy in india, i logged a complaint with indian investigation of cyber crime against itechline.
