Paypal And Bill Me Late

I made the transaction on 06/02, paypal paid $ 25.90 to FATBOYTOOLS. Since that day i didn't received any bill from you to pay.
On 07/27 i received the Email from bill me later ask me to pay $ 53.80, include fee and late payment???
I cpmplain to paypal and bill me later, They did not respond. Then 08/25 they email to me adk me to pay $ 90.80
I think this is a trick from Bill me later.
Tell me what can i do?
