For my boyfriend's birthday last year, I purchased us a vacation package through Paradise Dream Tours LLC. The offer included cruise and a week vacation stay through dream week and I was told I had 36 months to use both vacations. I was also told that if I decided I wouldn’t make use of it, I could have total refund. Before paying for the trip, I checked online and didn’t find anything suspicious about the company.
We are finally getting around to booking a trip and I went to book the vacation and all of the phone numbers have been disconnected. The email addresses and other contact information I was given are also disconnected. When I searched the company this time, I realized I was not the only person with this experience. I hope this will help all of us get our money back.
