GE CareCredit, not willing to reach a solution regarding interest

I went to TMJ specialist and they offered a "pay plan" with no interest. It was never said that this was a credit card. I started the treatment the same day and a few weeks later I received the card. GE CareCredit offered me the Ebill and automated payments. I decided to take both. What I was not told was that GE will not set up the payments the way the doctor's office intended so it could be pay off within the promotional period of 0% interest. And GE did not have the courtesy to send me a letter alerting me that the expiration date was approaching. The monthly payments kept decreasing and I figured it was because the balance was getting lower. Now I realized they lower the payments so the balance won't be paid within the promotional time. When I checked the statements this month I noted that the balance had jumped from $1,042.00 to $1725.60. I called GE and they told me that there is nothing that they could do. I offered to pay the balance in full if they would not charge interest and they categorically said I'm screwed. I'm willing to pay interest over the balance left and for the time after the promotion expired. But they are not willing to help in any way. But I will do whatever it takes, alert people, write to whoever I have to write just to make sure that other people are not taken advantage of by companies like this. Had I known that what the doctor's office was offering was going to charge me 29.99 % interest I would have said NO!!! Right there and then. I have credit cards that I pay no interest on, I get miles and/or cash back. So I can see how companies like this prey on people. It makes me wonder how many patients at this Dr's office realized why it takes a long time to pay off their dental bill. Again if they get back to me I'm willing to pay the balance in full. I don't see how it can be fair that the balance is about 50% of the original balance, and they want to charge interest like if I never paid anything.
