Sent off for a free trial. Company took $121.68 without permission. I emailed: no response. Then called. They agreed to a full refund over the phone and that they'd take my name off their company list, then they emailed to say they'd refund half. But I received nothing and no response after 3 further emails. Then on 23rd August they took a further $60.84. I rang them and they said they'd credited not debited (an absolute lie!) I reported it as fraud to my bank who refunded me, but I suspect I'll have to keep an eye on my account. They debited the second amount with a different, unknown reference (probably knew I'd blocked the other) Utter crooks!
