I purchased a Trial of Lipo Slim Extreme and Natural Cleanse on 12/09 for $4.95 each and NO FURTHER OBLIGATION. I received my credit card statement on 12/31 and noticed that I was charged $79.99 on 12/23 for a product that I did NOT purchase.
I contacted the company on 12/31 and asked to speak to a manager - they refused to transfer me and refused to give me a refund. I hung up and called back to speak with someone else, and got the same response. Then they offered to give me a 50% refund, and I said ABSOLUTELY NOT! I did not order this, and wanted a FULL refund.
I contacted my credit card company and filed a Fraud Protection complaint against the company, and also filed a complaint with the BBB.
