I ordered a free 21 day trial at a cost of £2.97. I received the product a few weeks later. To my utter disgust £79.99 was taken from my bank account on 16 March. I did not subscribe to their product at all and looked at the lipo slim website before I committed myself to the trial amount of £2.97. This is a complete scam and I warn others not to do what I have done. I called Arizona and spoke to their customer service team (joke) and they would not refund my money, explaining that I took out a monthly subscription. Thank goodness for internet banking otherwise I could have been even more unlucky with them taking out money month after month
