I took up a special offer of a trial cigarette for £4.95. This came as expected. 15 days later £73.98 was debited from my account. I emailed and phoned to ask why and they referred me to the T&C's and 15 day cancellation. I could not find the T&C's and the only reference to the regular debits after a 15 day cancellation period was in the despatch confirmation email, hidden away at the end! I emailed them repeatedly and got half refunded and a promise to refund the other half once whatever it was that cost me £73.98 was returned to them. I never received it.in the end I lost my patience and complained to the Trading Standards online with a copy to E-Cigs. The other half has now been refunded to me as well. Maybe others should go to Trading Standards too, this may help.
