Paid for unlimited access to driving theory tests. Received only an e-mail where to send the original failure sheets. No confirmation about the booking. 8days - no answers to e-mails, the phone is set on answer mashine - collects money for them (£1.50 per a minute is cheapest way to call). I checked the DVL site - no bookings done on my name. I made the booking my self today. How can I get the refund from this company, if none of services I received from them?
