Basically, I was trying to book the theory test but I fall into the Booking Direct website which I wasn't familiar and charged me £62 for booking the theory test which is double for the booking fee and I have'nt heard anything since then.
I made contact with the DVLA to double check the booking theory test which I had been waiting and I was just told today that I had missed and had
the theory test last Monday, so I just found today their website and got to deliver this message.
I would appreciate, if you could give this situation a full consideration and as a matter of urgent.
