Need Proper Answer Or Credit Card - CITI CREDIT CARD

Hi Team,

This is regarding:-

I need proper answer, why my card has been rejected, even I was not interested to apply but your executive has forced me to apply and told me that your has been already approved by City Bank they have list of approval of card member, just you need to submit the current document.

Even I have message communication with your executive, in that he / she confirmed that (I have confirmed with my manager you will receive the card and we have already checked your civil score).

Then why it rejected???

Why your executive told me all this story, even I have told them if my card rejected it will hit my civil score and that I don't want as I am planning to apply the HOME LOAN.

Executive called me so many times and they confirmed they are calling from City Bank directly.

Why behalf of City Bank name they are making customer fool?

Now what I will do, as it will hit my civil score???
