Continued interrupted service with on my Sprint cell phone: 818-565-9954, since April to present. As an owner and operator of a small business, much of it requires local and long distance calls, text, internet and other data services, my phone only worked partially, at some times, 20% of the time. I have been a loyal customer for over ten years and just recently upgraded into a new 2 year service contract with a new phone.
I recently had an emergency incident that required 911 and as I call the and spoke to the emergency operator, my cell phone call would fail. I continued to call & call, yet with no avail. I had to find a land line to redial 911 dispatch. It's times like these that you find out how valuable your cell provider really is... Or isn't.
After speaking with Sprint operators and supervisors on and off for day & hours at a time, one manager offered me a $10.00 credit for lost business & trouble for my time.
