You sign a loan contract, he guarantees you, that in the case, that the loan want pay out, he will refund the upfront fees directly.
The contract is closed by a lawyer. You have to pay in cash.
The loan will never paid out, and the upfront fee will never be refunded.
Trautmann has already 16 (!) police records registered. Actualy Trautmann and his Lawyer, Dr. Rolf Höhenwarter, Salzburg, are under investigation from the German and from the Austria prosecutor.
