They were listed as a Commercial Lender in the add. Eric Lerman, the owner, signed a contract as a "Consultant" to secure a real estate loan for me. He charged Thousands of dollars in upfront fees and promised to find us funds from one of many "wealthy investors" that he does business with.
Months went by and no funds, no loan, only alot of talk with confusing loan language that I could not understand. Bad communicator, didn't listen to what my needs were, instead blabbed on and on with some elaborate scheme on how the loan was to be done.
Never answers the phone, always a machine, and doesnt answer for days or a week. Doesnt answer emails for a week or ever. When asked a question he acts as if you insulted him and the lecture begins with demeaning remarks and threats of pulling the loan.
This man makes his money by going from one person to the next charging upfront fees and never intends to close a loan. I asked for references and he never provided them saying he had already given me that information, which he uses alot.
Beware, dont use this company, scammers, rip off.
