Fraud Department - Dell and the Fraud Department

I filed a fraud case against my ex wife who openly admitted making purchases in my name via email. I sent the fraud department copies of the email traffic along with copies of my orders showing that I wasn't even in the same state as her and they are saying because the police are saying it is a cival matter they will not proceed with the fraud claim and that I am resposible for $2,800 worth of Dell product that I do not have nor that I ever purchased... The fraud supervisor has yet to return my calls and no one seems to know who his boss is.
