In January of this year I had filed a fraud report with Dell after there were several orders placed, via the telephone, and shipped throughout the country. The local police were involved, the Dell Fraud Department was involved, a block was placed on my account, etc.
Ironically, in February there was an additional order placed, and others attempted, on my blocked account via the internet, even though I had just changed my passwords.
To date no one has contacted me from Dell, I have placed so many phone calls, and have started logs of whom I speak with. I have been told everything from "Dell doesn't have a Fraud Dept." to " You cannot have a new account number".
There have also been a few "mysterious" comments made to me, and because I have a brain, picked up on. This company has a large "inside ring" going on, and more people than I imagined have experienced this same situation.
I am mentally exhausted, and have no idea where to go from here. If anyone wants to compare information, and has experienced a similiar situation, please create a posting and maybe litigation in numbers will work.
