My mother requested a sample of equinox day and night cream and she only had to pay £4.95 in English pounds. She received 2 full bottles of the creams instead of a trial and an additional £90 English pound charge onto her UK account. She claimed the cream was from a UK distributor because it's what this company told her but when she received the "sample" it was clearly from the USA. This is unfair and should be dealt with if the problems are leaking to other countries.
