Hi,
I subscribed to Zoosk on Tuesday and was told that my month's subscription was valid and that I would be able to read and send any messages from and to me. This was not the case and I spent yesterday being able to say a quick hello to some guys but nothing to others.
As you can imagine this is highly frustrating and I would just like to receive the service for which I have paid for. I have contacted Apple And they said the payment had gone through.
So i am more than confused.
This isn't the first time. That Apple have taken money as "in-app purchases" that I haven't been able to the redeem.
Please respond ASAP. I am also seriously considering changing my contract and phone as when I renewed with Orange for the iPhone 5, I did so in July on the proviso that the 5S/6 would not be out until end of 2013 at the latest. So, you can imagine how angry I am having had a new phone for 3 week hearing they are upgrading 3 weeks later. As the salesman selling me this deal he should have advised me to If he had told me it was 3 weeks ago i would have waited until the new phone arrive.instead i felt like he was trying to get his numbers rather than listening to what the customer wants as i wanted a 4G phone but was told EE wasn't available on iPhones 4, which is a complete lie as my friend has on her iPhone4 at the end of the day i was quite happy to wait 6 weeks for the latest handset rather than just flog me one just to get his numbers up.
I am not happy. I want to be offered a better deal on one of the new models but most of all I want in-app-purchases to work when they say they will and not when they don't.
I would appreciate a response to my complaint ASAP.
