Initially ordered a import Nikon D 7100 on July 13th. I was then called back and told it would take about a month to get the camera. I then ordered the so called US model for the MSRP of 1199 US but was told it needed ten days to get there. I told them several times on the phone I need to get the camera before the 29th of July because I was going on a cruise. Never got a tracking number and had to fight like a madman on the day before I left to cancel the order and buy a camera locally that I was able to take on the cruise. I still have not received a refund and my credit camera does not help me.
