Lorelia is a scam. It is TRUE! I was on YVES ROCHER website when an ad popped up offering me a FREE trail for Lorelia anti-ageing face cream. I ONLY had to pay the postage ($5,69) - which required my address, phone number and credit card.in the following days I had a lot of calls from different companies. They offered me to buy green coffee, skin care product and other... (Their phone number are 888-568-82-11,818-303-92- 75,855-465-40-16). The cream arrived and the postage amount appeared on my credit card statement. The next month there was a $102.69 charge on my credit card statement from Lorelia WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. I phoned right away and spoke to customer service person. He told me that the charge was for the jar of cream I had received because I hadn't cancelled my account within a 14 day trial period. I did not know there was a 14 day trial period for that small jar. When I called Lorelia, I was immediately put into a 'tree' that was set up for cancellation of future orders but there was no way to cancel the first order. It is a scam. A trick. What can I do?
