I am so mad at this company who is taking advantage of many people out there, that I am posting this notice on every complaint site I can find. Even though they may sponsor you, that does not mean they are going to send you any free product, which is what a sponsorship actually is. So, after my son "got sponsored" by them (and yes, they sponsor anyone who signs up) he couldn't wait to order a new deck. New deck ordered early June. Paypal confirmed money paid. No deck. Sent an e-mail. Here is the response I got: "Hello, my name is Paul Allen, a sales representative for BrenGuard Skateboarding. Thank you for contacting us today. If your order has taken beyond 11 days to be received since date of purchase, it may be caused by numerous reasons. The main reason being as it is on delayed-delivery or out of stock. Depending on the demand of the product, it could be an additional 2-3 weeks for us to process your order. We are proud to say that we are growing at an exponentially fast pace, but also unfortunate to say that some orders may take in upwards of several weeks to be received. We want to re-assure you that your order will be processed. If you do not receive your order within 5 weeks of placement, please contact us again for a refund, as well as your shipment still making it to your destination, as our sorrowful gift to you. We appreciate your understanding and Patience, and hope you have a pleasantly fulfilled day." So after 2 more emails, still no deck, no refund, no response.
