I placed an order for a deck on June 28. I have not received the item yet. I emailed the company through the customer service portal on 7/23 and still have yet to receive a reply. I sent a follow up email today requesting a full refund. We'll see how that goes. How ironic it is that when I sent an email asking for an explanation of how they calculate the discount for so-called "sponsored" skaters, I received a reply the same day within a few hours. It's a shame that a company operates in this manner.
