Stupid the way their system is set up!

This system is set up tremendously stupid. So if you decide to call them before 12:00 PM you won't be able to talk to anyone, you will get a message that says "all representatives are busy at the moment please try your call again later, or visit us at dws. State. Nm" They open their business and serve people before hand but you won't get that service, not any day soon at least. Once you call after 12:00 PM you'll be lucky to get someone on the phone within two hours, I've been on hold for four hours with these guys before... But once you do get someone on hold they don't really help or answer any of your questions as they're uninformed about their jobs, what needs to get done and don't really know anything pertaining to their field of work. The only thing they're really informed about is how to fill out paper work (a monkey can do this) and that's about it. Their phone lines are usually always busy and they have it set up to where you can receive a callback from them, but that also takes around 2 hours for you to receive a callback. They have an automated voice which tells you to visit their website in the case that you don't get connected with a representative which I don't even know why they have that automated voice telling you that because you can ABSOLUTELY DO NOTHING on their website with your claim, without the help of a representative to help you, it's dumb to even have that automated voice to tell you to visit the website, really stupid. Well today I called in and got a callback from a rep within two hours, the reason for my call was because I had received a letter in the mail telling me that I had indicated I was not available for work due to lack of transportation, which was false to begin with. After waiting and wasting my time to get a callback, the guy couldn't even help me! He told me to just fill out the paper work and send it in! So I go and ask him about my holding week and if I would be receiving my check this week since my waiting week was over, the previous week had already passed and that I qualified and was ready to go. He told me that he doesn't know and that their waiting to see if I qualify since I'm going to school... Well I told him I did qualify and that everything was in order, he couldn't even tell me if I was going to get paid or not this week at all... On top of all that my "payment amount issued" for the week is at $0.00, so I don't even know if I'm getting anything this week, which is BS because I don't have no more money and it's taken me a month to get the ball rolling with these guys! I have to eat and pay bills too. The least he could of done was tell me that my account is at $0.00 and that I probably wouldn't be getting anything, and I don't even know why it's at $0.00 because it really should be at $320.00. I'm very disappointed in this company, I don't even know what else to say, people are going to have to call in to them if they're unemployed, you don't really have a choice. I just wish their customer service can be improved and that they get that stupid ass voice to stop telling you to visit their website because it's USELESS! Step your game up DWS, people lives depend on you, not just me. This is not how you run a business!
