Stay away from KJMM Enterprises - you will never see your money again!

These guys are either very clever scam artists or the worst business you will ever run into. I have been trying for 8 months to get a refund with no success.

I purchased the full Diamond Package for $799 with a guaranteed refund and never received any income. So I called and asked for a refund. I was told, "Sure, no problem, but first we have to run a report on your website. That takes 3 business days, call us back after that." So I did.

Problem is, they almost never answer the phone when you call, and it takes 2 days to 2 weeks for them to call you back. They have been telling me for 6 months that they are understaffed and they are hiring people but other people are quitting. Somehow I think the salespeople aren't understaffed. Maybe they could move some of them over to client services.

When I finally got back through to them, they said, "OK, first we have to put a freeze on your account for 30 days, then we can process your refund. Call us back in a month."

I call back in a month - and wait a week for them to return my call. Then they said "OK, we have to run another report on your account. Call back in 3 days." So I wait - call back - and wait another week for a return call.

"OK, we have to put a freeze on your account." Wait a minute, we already did the freeze!"Oh, yes, well, it wasn't done properly. Call back in a month."

So I wait a month, call back. Then wait another week for a response. And the response is - we have to run another report. So I wait another 3 days for them to re-run the report. Then call back and wait another week for a response.

"There are some potential clients in your pipeline. We have to give them time to see if they want to purchase." Can't you just refund my money and keep the clients yourself?"No, we can't do that. Reimbursements for income are different than refunds, we can't mix them together."

OK, so I wait a month, call back, wait another week for a response. They have to run another report, of course. Wait 3 days. Call back. Wait another week for a response.

"Two of your potential clients didn't start their free trial right away, call back in a month." Wait a month, call, wait another week for a callback - in which they tell me they have to run a report. Wait 3 days, call back, wait another week for a response.

"Good news, one of your clients is going to purchase. You will get $700 commission, and then the remaining $99 refunded. We just have to wait for them to pay. Should be by the end of the month or middle of next month. We'll call you when the check is going out"

I wait till the end of the month and then the middle of the next month, no word, no check. Call them back. Wait for a response. They will run a report. Wait three day. Call back that was two weeks ago. I am still waiting for a return call. I did get a message yesterday, from the assistant who already told me he doesn't know anything and can't do anything himself, apologizing for the delay, but not telling me anything substantive. I have not been able to get them back on the phone since.

Their phone message now says "It takes us 24 to 48 business hours for us to return a call." Business hours? With an 8 hour business day, that's 3 to 6 days to return a call. And believe me, they're under-estimating.

This whole thing is Kafka-esque. Nightmarish. Can you imagine any legitimate business treating their clients this way? I can't. But I can very well imagine scam artists doing so.

How many more stories lie ahead? How many more months of delay? What more hoops will they make me jump through? How long are they going to hold on to my money?

I'm not going to take this lying down. This smells very much like a class action lawsuit. Let me know if you want to join.
