Completed a survey in June for facial cream advised only be charged shipping of 5.99 usd. Charge appeared on July and received product. On august 7 (07 AOÛ 2013 LORELIA 8885011059 LINCOLN NE 96,78 DOLLAR US $102.74 canadian) So I received a charge of 102.74 cdn. Called contact # 8885011059

I call the company and they and they proced to my subscription cancellation 08/08
But they did not refund me for the produc!
