Ack in may i asked for a refund for the Ginale skin care peel kit. It had a lot of chemicals in it, I would never have purchased it except that they didn't put the ingredients list on their Website. I never used the product, so i packed it and shipped it. One month goes by and I submit a ticket to ask them where's my refund? They said I didn't put down the authorization #. I look back and they didn't give me one. Then they confirmed they did receive it and all they needed was a tracking # which is odd those are for tracking a package en route to the destination not for after its been delivered. I threatened them with the attorney general which i already have a call into. Since I sent the tracking # it has been over a month and I still haven't heard anything.
