I pay my bill every month but they still add on late fees. They call every day at least every hour. I have talked to 3 people since last wednesday and told each one that i would be making a payment tuesday aug 20. They still continue to pressure me to make a payment right then wich im unable to do. Then they proceed rudely to ask why i cant pay my bills. Today the lady said my account was past due and i needed to pay a minimum payment of 75.00 immediately. I looked at my account and whats due is 50.00 on aug 26th. They are annoying and disrespectful and will not stop calling me.
