I pay my bill every month but they still add on late fees. They call every day at least every hour. I have talked to 3 people since last Wednesday and told each one that I would be making a payment Tuesday Aug 20. They still continue to pressure me to make a payment right then which I'm unable to do. Then they proceed rudely to ask why I can't pay my bills. Today the lady said my account was past due and I needed to pay a minimum payment of 75.00 immediately. I looked at my account and whats due is 50.00 on Aug 26th. They are annoying and disrespectful and will not stop calling me.
