My daughter ordered a bracelet for me for Mothers day. We were in the process of moving and she did not know our new address but knew that we had put in a change with post office. The gift was mailed however the form of postage they paid for does not forward and the gift was sent back to the company. I have sent numerous emails and been guranteed by many at the company that this bracelet has been re-sent. They even gave me a gift card to purchase something else, which I did and received that bracelet but not my original gift. The last contact i had was that both bracelets would be in the package. It is now August 15 and I have not received my Mothers day gift. I am still trying to resolve this with the company. Thanks for your support
