For Christmas of 2012 my husband bought me and my daughters jewelry. The gift to One of my daughters was a birthstone bracelet. When he got home he noticed the sales person had included the wrong bracelet. My husband phoned and without incident was able to return to the store and make an exchange. This was the only good thing about this situation. One week later the bracelet broke. When she attempted to return the bracelet and to our surprise she was not able to, even though the breakage of the-bracelet is totally not her fault. We were told that the jeweler would repair it for a fee. (really... I don't think so. Upset at this suggestion I attempt to return the string of pearls that I was gifted. Wrong... Only exchanges after 10 days... Who ever heard of such...
