Was having issues with my laptop talked with dell representative. Representative stated to transfer to mytechhelp in which was the two year warrenty and 99.99 which was to install the antivirus abd cleaner which was unlimited however i received a statement on the credit card of 19.99 whic i caklef and the representive said it wad the monthly fee.in which i was never told of. And for the 99.99 for the ant virus the representative. Said that it was just for the registration. Keys code and that I was going to be reimbursed.
