WE searched for refinancing assiatence when our Mortgage Co. Denied us for a modification loan. This Company told us that they could help. Checked them out on line prior to signing with them. At that time. I think it was April we started to look into them there were no negative reports. So we did all that they Terri? And John? Told us to do. Gave us a good rate, you look good to be approved, yada, yada, yada... Need to finalize with a 100% gaurentee return of you deposit if not approved. So we sent them $2,500.00. Haven't heard from them since. Boy did we get scammed
